Im from Canada and it’s soo sad to see that people everywhere seem to hate the U.S. Im very proud to have the United States as a neighbours to Canada.
I have friends in the United States military and i wear a chain that has the American flag on it to show that i support the U.S and when i tell people that they look at me like im some sort of traitor to Canada even tho i support our troops 150% and proud of what are military is doing in Afghanistan.
When i ask people why they hate the U.S it always comes back " o they have George Bush" and they have nothing to back there answer back. I understand that people are not happy with wat the did but it’s sad how people seem to judge the whole population.
Every time i go down to the U.S i always feel welcome and no one has ever come up to me and diss Canada and when i go to the military base the troops down there always say that they are proud to work with the Canadian forces and have them as friends.
Im just wondering if its just me that see this or does anyone else.
