Plot: EPA agent Jack Taggart is Stunned to hear from his boss Phil Pratt that his best friend and fellow agent Frank Elkins has been found dead in Kentucky after Frank’s truck plunged into a river. The Kentucky State Police believes that it was an accident, but the EPA believes it was no accident. It all began with an anonymous letter from the small town of Jackson, Kentucky. Frank was sent to Jackson to investigate what the letter described as some kind of pollution that is causing fish to die and causing people to get sick enough to die. Frank sent back water and soil samples that all tested off the charts for toxic substances. After Frank discovered that the Hanner Coal Company, owned by Orin Hanner Sr., is being paid to dump toxic waste into an abandoned coal mine shaft, Frank ended up dead. Jack is assigned to go to Jackson, where his contact will be Reverend Bob Goodall, who runs a church in Jackson. After arriving in Jackson, Jack finds out that he’ll be staying in a room in the church’s basement, and as Jack’s contact, of course Bob knows that Jack will be going undercover as a carpenter. Jack begins by repairing the roof at a house where he meets Henry Carr, his wife, and his kids Edie, Alberta, Christine, and Walter. Walter is sick because of the pollution. That night, Hanner’s son Orin Hanner Jr., also known as Junior, spies on the church along with corrupt Sheriff Lloyd, who is on Hanner’s payroll. On the next day, when Jack goes into downtown Jackson, he meets Betsy Hamill and her twin sister Patsy Hamill. Jack then walks down the street and introduces himself to Cotton Harry. Then Jack takes some water samples. At church on Sunday, Bob introduces Jack to everyone, and tells everyone that Jack is a carpenter. During lunchtime at the church, Jack introduces himself to Sarah Kellogg, a local outcast who is a beekeeper. Sarah has a brother named Earl. Jack goes to Sarah’s house and offers to repair the steps on her front porch. Over time, Jack comes to believe that something is bothering Sarah, and it’s something dark. Jack wants to save her from whatever it is, while trying to bring Hanner and his crew down.

I’m caucasian and I just find aishwarya rai doesn’t look white and I curious why many ppl find her look white. …I have watched her in the film the last region. my husband even mistaken her as african-american.

Vivid dreams and nightmares?
I’ve always had mental health issues, seeing things, depression, anxiety and social anxiety disorders, headaches and such. Those I’ve grown… somewhat used to. (All of that is not professionally diagnosed, but the anxiety, depression, and social anxiety disorders run in my dad’s side of the family, so I’m very unsurprised that I probably have them…)

Anyways, now I’ve been having very vivid and strange dreams. I can only remember two at the moment, but I’m sure I’ll have more before this question is resolved.

Now for the two I remember: The first one I’ve had more than once, and in it I am hunted down around my town and murdered by someone who I know I recognized, but could not identify. I’ve had that one twice now.

The second one, please don’t laugh because it left me feeling very uneasy. My family was apparently made up of werewolves (my mom, dad, little brother, and me). My brother and I were both a couple years older than we really are, he was around 13 (the age my best friend’s brother is…?) and I was around 17. Apparently my brother was having troubles where he sleeps for like 14 hours at a time, but does not feel very rested (a problem I myself am having in real life because of my dreams). I was some kind of chosen something or other, and was a very special kind of werewolf. However I was very depressed (as I am in real life) and was sobbing, nude, in the bathroom. My mother was talking to me though I did not recognize what she was saying, and my father was laughing from his bedroom.

I’ve always been interested in the human body, anatomy, and stuff like that, so my dreams are always very specific in the shapes of people’s bodies, and I’m an amature writer so everything else is always very descriptive and vivid. This makes it hard for me because I think it’s real at first.

Because of these dreams and all of my other issues, I’ve not been able to fall asleep easy from fear of them, and so I stay up lying in the dark in my bed for hours at a time, until about two or three in the morning, and then do not wake up until two or three the next day, feeling unrested and on the edge.

So uhm… any reason why I might be having these problems and can someone help me out with them?

While reading your werewolf dream, I was going to suggest writing a short story on this as therapy.

There is plenty of generic advice for falling asleep:
Go to bed at the same time every night, including weekends.
Don’t do daytime tasks in bed.
If you can’t sleep after a reasonable amount of time, get up for a while and do something non-stimulating.
Glass of warm milk.
Try taking a hot bath or shower before bed to relax you.

I have had some success with melatonin, sold in health food stores. Your body normally manufactures this when it is time to sleep. It does not make me sleepy at all, but I often fall asleep better after taking it. Strange stuff. I have had friends tell me it gives them strange dreams, so in your case maybe this is not such a good idea.

Taking control of dreams that would otherwise upset you might be helpful.

Counseling is a good idea as well, especially when you state conditions that you believe you have, but have not been professionally diagnosed.

Having trouble expressing my emotions to my wife.. What to do?
I can express myself well in the sense that I am upfront about my feelings and I am open about them. However whenever I get sad my wife also gets sad and instead of being able to tell her how I feel, I always have to push my emotions to the side and take care of her. Even when I have done nothing wrong to her, she still gets sad and every time I try to tell her the problem, she takes it like she is doing something wrong and she shuts off all her emotions and becomes very quiet. I don’t know what to do, I am so frustrated from this because none of our problems ever get solved, they just get brushed away because I can’t talk to her about the problems I am having and try to get them worked out because she always get sad.

Every time she is sad and its my fault, even if I am sad I am there for her. I don’t know why she can’t do the same for me.
I guess I should add its problems between me and my wife. Its not any outside problems. I express my feelings to her as nicely as possible and all I want is her to listen to my side so we can work it all out.

what kind of problems do you have? does it have to do with her? sometimes, girls get upset and all we want is the guy to be there for us. but i agree that we are all humans and guys have their weak side too.

communication is always very important and i always believe in talking things out. i myself am also trying to be as open and honest as i can be to my other half, whom i love so much. sometimes, i am sad but i dont want to burden him with my unhappiness, because i am afraid that he will misunderstand me and love me less, but in the end, as i avoid telling him, he can tell that i am unhappy (cos i sulk) and i have to talk about it anyway.. so i have decided to just be truthful.

Try this. The next time you feel the need to express your feelings and you know she’s likely to internalize that sadness, qualify what you’re about to say before you say it. Tell her that you want to discuss something important with her, but that it’s imperative that she not blame herself. You just want to share with her how you’re feeling, and you don’t expect her to fix the problem, you just want to share your burden with her as your best friend.

Tell her that if she begins to blame herself or twist your words to make herself sound inferior, you’ll not likely share your heart with her very often. Then ask her if she is willing to listen under those terms. If she says yes proceed—but choose your words very carefully. If she starts to react in a way that makes you think she’s blaming herself, say, "No! We’re not going there, remember? Don’t do that to yourself or to us. Just hear me out. This isn’t about any weakness that you think you have."

I know that todays shrinks want you to believe that talking about your problems is the best way to deal with them, but that’s not always the case. You might find that talking about them doesn’t help anything. In your case you should only talk about your problems with your wife when you have some constructive purpose. For example: honey I need to change my job or I don’t want anymore kids, instead of, honey I hate my job and our kids. See the difference. Remember to count all of your blessings and the issues that you think you have might not seem that bad.

Have you pointed out how your wife tends to react when you talk with her? Have you actually said, "Sometimes I want emotional support from you?" If she’s aware that you want to put her in the position of problem solver/emotional supporter because YOU need HER help, she might be more willing to be that for you.
