Recent foreclosed real estate beach properties in Forest Beach Hilton Head Island South Carolina have proven to be exceptional purchase opportunities for qualified buyers who were ready to act as soon as these properties were released by the lenders and made available to sell.

There were several second row homes Forest Beach Hilton Head that were attractively priced by the banks and, as a result, generated multiple offers on the first day on the market.
In order to be the successful bidder on Forest Beach Hilton Head foreclosures, however, thorough planning prior to the property being placed on the market is a necessity. My clients have been the successful bidder on properties in Forest Beach Hilton Head SC. In all cases, these clients were ready to make an offer and the necessary paperwork (preapproval letters or evidence of funds for cash buyers) was completed in advance of the properties being put on the market. As a result, when I notified them, they were ready to act and an Offer to Purchase was immediately presented. When banks receive multiple offers, patience on the part of the potential purchaser is essential; however, preparation wins the game.
The Forest Beach Hilton Head real estate market is tightening and opportunities like these are dwindling, though there are some still left in the pipeline. All Hilton Head foreclosures are not the same. Just because the price is great for Forest Beach Hilton Head foreclosure properties doesn’t always mean it’s a great investment. Just be wary.

Pawleys Island is a 3.5 mile barrier island located 70 miles north of Charleston South Carolina and just south of Myrtle Beach SC. The island boasts pristine, laid-back, family beaches and is accessible by two causeways. Pawleys Island, South Carolina was originally settled by rice farmers who relocated their family and livestock from the rivers to the island during the summer months due to the threat of contracting malaria by the creeks and marshes. The island became a sort of retreat for the farmers and their families and continued to stay laid back culture to this day.
Here is a photo on the island

The mainland area of Pawleys offers many world-class golf courses, fine dining, and of course all of your basic amenities and more. Some other recreational activities include surfing and fishing. Visit the Hammock Shops of Pawleys Island which consists of many small antique and gift shops, clothing boutiques, and restaurants. Also, Huntington Beach State Park and Atalaya Castle are just a short drive away and can provide for a lovely wildlife outing.

Once you cross over the IntraCoastal Waterway, you are surrounded only by the Atlantic Ocean. There will be no annexation of parcels to make the island bigger; for there is no adjacent, contiguous, bordering or neighboring land…we are what we are: an Island. Our uniqueness is our primary sales pitch. “Sprawl” is not in our vocabulary.

Build-out on this small island is foreseeable in our immediate future, and inventory will continue to shrink, which will continually drive up prices. Stay with me here… The astute purchaser knows that today’s pricing and interest rates are short-term offerings and that properties with prime locations and proper valuations never remain on the market for long, no matter if the market is soft or booming.
