If you remember that movie, Happy Gilmore always goes to Subway. What if he goes in and when they ask if he wants it microwaved or toasted, he says to the lovely girl taking his order, "Toasted, please." HOWEVER, after putting the toppings on his sandwich, they completely forget he said "Toasted" and microwave it instead. They microwaved his sub instead of toasting it.

In detail, what exactly would he do right there on the spot for them forgetting to toast his sub?

He’d kindly ask her to re-make his sandwich. Then, he’d enjoy his fresh sandwich and thank the girl for remedying his problem.

He usually only seemed to hit people who made fun of him, or who threatened his grandma or her stuff. I don’t think he’d ever punch a "lovely girl," especially one who works at his favorite restaurant.

How can i deal with my mom?

my mom is driving me crazy..
My mom had to work on Thanksgiving so my dad kept asking her to go by a turkey and some other stuff and we would make a meal and she could eat as well when she got off work but her response was "If i cant have a Thanksgiving then neither should you all" so on Thanksgiving me and my brother (my bro is 20yrs old) and my dad ate either PB&J sandwhiches or hot pockets because my mom refused to go grocery shoppin until the week after Thanksgiving. Well my mom got off work at 1pm and she came home about 4pm with frozen Tony’s pizza and the minute she walked in the door she was in a horrible mood and yelled at me over stupid crap like i made a sandwhich and i hadnt cleaned up the crums and she screamed "Get your ass in here and pick up this damned mess" and i still had my sandwhich, i havent really had time to clean it up yet. Well as she was walking past me she was like "For once id like to come home to a decent damn house". For like a whole 3 hours she was in a bad mood yelling and screaming at me for no reason. I’m getting sick of living here, im always depressed. My mom is bipolar but she wont take her medicine, the doctor straight up told her she was bipolar and she basicly called him stupid and said she wasnt bipolar.
She calls me stupid/idiot/dumb all the time, all my interest are idiotic to her. She has even hit me a couple of times.
She refuses to bring home food most the time, like 90% of the month we eat canned soup or sandwhiches.
She has all control of the money, and she makes sure every last dime is spent her way. My dad broke his neck and back twice while working (amazingly he can still walk) and gets checks every month and she goes and cashes them and spends them but wont even tell him why.
She’ll give my brother hundreds of dollars every month for no reason, but wont even give me 10 dollars for gas or to eat with.
I am trying to get a job but no one is hiring around here, ive applied at every place twice and all my money for gas and toilietries come from babysitting twice a week..

I dont know what to do anymore, my mom is driving me crazy..
Im also only 16yrs old..

How can i deal with my mom?

unfortunately until your mother admits she has problems its never going to get better, if I were you I would talk to your dad about it and if that wont or doesnt help then maybe you should just call CPS and tell them that you fear for your safety, other than that there really isnt anything I can tell you to do, just wait until you are old enough to get the hell out of there, and keep trying to find a job, I’m sorry but those are your options, not much I know but you’ll make it, trust me you will.

This may be hard but….
1. Work your butt off trying to make the house SPOT-LESS!!! O_o

2. Whatever your mom says DO NOT talk back AT ALL and do it immediately

3. Smile at her and try to show some love <3

4. Continue this until you get out of the house and some improvements will be made for sure!!!
It might be VERY hard but if you con. You should make a slight difference at lest

I will pray for you..the best thing you can do is don’t disrespect her and kill her with kindness..if you are sixteen you should be either in the 10th or 11th grade and you don’t have much longer before you graduate and can go off to college..focus on school and let that be your motivation..don’t hold a grudge just act like it didn’t happen and she will soon see what she did was wrong

im so sorry about that. it makes me want to cry. but i’ll pray for you.

it might be hard to do but is it possible to talk to her about it? i have minor family problems like this and i just finally talked to her and she went to the hospital for a week and they gave her depression pills and finally got her to realize what she was doing to the family. because same with me, im the middle child and it feels everything goes for my older sis and everything goes for my bro but, i get nothing when it comes to me.

if its too uncomfortable to talk to her, go to a friends mom or a therapist or your dad and talk to them. I stayed over at my friends house for that entire week my mom was in the hospital. (because my parents are divorced and my dad refused to take us). but maybe if you try to talk to someone, they can help you figure things out between you and your mom. because i know the feeling, and it has somewhat worked for me. we’re still trying to work through things but thoughout this whole experience, ive learned how to actually talk to my mom and work through things.

if that doesnt work and it gets really out of hand, if you have a relative or a friend that would take you in and care for you (like a best friend or a grandma and grandpa).

im so sorry to hear about this. i know its a tough age to deal with things like that. im 13 and its hard. imagining being your age, its gotta be hard trying to focus on school and everything while dealing with this. just wanting to tell you, choose your good friends to talk to. dont worry, they will listen. you have people to go to when the going gets tough.

Got this recipe off DietZaar. I guess it was in Women’s world Magazine. No one can tell me how they tasted. Mine are ok but They need changes. Now I did read this IS NOT the real recipe for Dr.iegle’s recipe. But i thought these would be nice for work so i dont eat junk.
If you tried this recipe how did yours taste. whats your review??

Thyroid-boosting cookies

2 1/4 cups (130g.) multi-bran Chex cereal, ground in blender

1 cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup instant fat-free dry milk

2/3 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran
2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. iodized table salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 large, ripe banana, mashed
4 Tbs. salted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup sugar
2 whole large eggs
7 large egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine ground cereal, oats, milk powder, wheat germ and bran, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix with spoon until thoroughly combined.

In a medium bowl, blend mashed bananas, butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed, until smooth. Add eggs, egg whites and vanilla. Blend until evenly combined.

Add moist mixture to dry mixture in large bowl; mix with spoon until thoroughly combined. Let batter stand to thicken at least five minutes before baking.
Divide dough in half, then in half again. Make six cookies out of each portion, 24 cookies total.
Drop batter for each cookie onto nonstick or parchment paper-lined baking sheets. If desired, flatten each with fingers or a glass bottom into desired cookie shape (batter does not spread).

Bake at 375F for 10 minutes, or until springy to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool slightly on baking sheets. Cool completely on rack.

Makes 24 cookies–4 days worth!
Per 6 cookies: 600 cal; 24 g. protein; 18g. fat; 150 mg. chol; 84 g. carbs; 12 g. fiber; 42 g sugar; 960 mg. sodium; 318 mg. calcium; 126 mcg. iodine; 24 mcg. selenium; 7 mg. zinc; 1 g. tyrosine.

Amazing cookies. With these changes, there are 75 calories per cookie: add 1/4 tsp more cinnamon and 1 Tbsp more cocoa. Add 1/2 tsp ground cloves and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. Use Splenda baking blend instead of sugar. With a small ice cream scoop, the recipe always makes 28 cookies for me. I eat 6 of these a day (plus a beverage with each one) and 750 calories of other food, and the scale gives me a new, better number almost every day. I’m never hungry. This is a diet I can stick with for as long as it takes. Even after I reach my goal weight, these cookies will be my snack of choice. I keep some in my purse at all times.

why do you think this is?
ok, well 2 and half months ago i had a scary dream that there were 5 demons in my house. as soon as i woke up from this dream, i said in my head ”are you a demon” and i heard a deep creepy unknown voice in my head say ”yes” which freaked me out, it sounded demonic. i really don’t know why i even asked that, i don’t think i even asked it on purpose. about 2 months ago i asked a similar question on yahoo answers, in Religion & Spirituality, and one person who answered that question said that my dream probably just ”ran over” into my wakeful state, which i think is highly possible. but after i heard that voice in my head, i started to believe that this demon can read my mind & is in my house. i still believe it. i do sometimes know that this is a silly thing to believe though, but also, a lot of the time i REALLY believe it, and nobody can tell me otherwise. i sometimes try to talk to this demon inside my head, even though it never talks back. i also believe that this demon sometimes tries to communicate with me in my dreams.. why do you think i believe all this?

A mental disorder. When I was hospitalized in a mental health hospital, I saw people who believed angels and demons talked to them and told them to do stuff. If you really believe this stuff, you might want some medicine. However, if you mention it, they might lock you up. I’d learn to deal with it and learn to out-think it.

The symptomology would seem to be on the schizophrenic axis – a visit to a mental health professional would be advisable. From your writing and tone I am guessing you are quite young, and schizophrenia tends to fully manifest in the late teens to early twenties. Your description of your feelings, particularly the variation in your belief level in this delusion, sounds textbook enough for me to give you a serious answer and suggest seeing a doctor.
