I have posted a Q like this before but now we’re getting close, due Jan 29 and still no name! Big Sister is Lauren Ann, middle name is going to be Louise.

Below are 7 names ranked in MY order of preference. The first number listed after the name is the 2007 US Popularity Ranking and the second number is BabyCenter.com’s 2008 Name Ranking from their members:

My favorite is Ava Louise. I like how she would have the opposite initials as her sister (LA and AL)

but…. it is the very most popular, and so probably not the best choice!

I’d avoid the Ashley and the Caitlyn – only because the school’s are over loaded with them as it is! (Sort of the Jennifer of my day, or the Susan of my mother’s era.)

I always headed to the hospital with a couple of top names in my mind and then finalized them whent he baby was born. Sometimes you just don’t know what you name works until you see the tiny person who it’s going to be attached to.

I don’t like super popular names… so I prefer:
Holly or Haley (both are cute)
Gabrielle "Gabby" instead of Addy or Addison
Ada instead of Ava (plus I’ve just never liked the name Ava – it sounds too old-ladyish for me…)

Caitlyn and Ashley are cute names… but I like more unique names.

I’m not a fan of Jillian or Bridget.

Although, you have good choices, and it’s your decision! Good luck and congrats:)
